We will consider price matches where:
• The item is identical (same brand, model, specification and certification)
• The competitor is an Australian registered business
• The item is in stock and available for immediate purchase in NSW
• The price is publicly advertised (not a private quote or member-only price)
• The product complies with Australian Standards where applicable

What We Cannot Match
To ensure we remain sustainable and continue providing expert advice and local support, we are unable to match:
• Overseas retailers or international websites
• Marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon marketplace, grey importers, etc.)
• Clearance, liquidation or below-cost sales
• Pricing errors or misprints
• Bundle deals, special promotions or limited-time “flash” sales
• Second-hand, refurbished or non-compliant products
Many overseas sellers do not include Australian compliance, warranty support, or local service. We stand behind every product we sell and only supply equipment suitable for Australian workplaces.
