The ZERO SUPALITE is a robust, compact self-retracting webbing lifeline designed for maximum safety and versatility in both vertical and horizontal fall arrest applications. Its innovative design ensures workers are protected in environments such as static lifelines, elevated work platforms (EWPs), and plant maintenance, making it ideal for industrial, construction, and maintenance settings.
Featuring a 17mm polyester webbing, this lifeline offers a 2.4-meter maximum extension and is equipped with a self-locking system that keeps the lanyard under constant tension, ready to engage instantly in the event of a fall. The cutting-edge ZERO energy absorption system rapidly reduces the force of a fall, minimizing injury risk, while the heavy-duty, shock-resistant Radilon cover shields the internal components from harsh environmental conditions, including dust, moisture, and impact.
The SUPALITE includes a snaphook harness connector rated to 20kN (capable of supporting up to 140kg), ensuring reliable connection to a worker’s harness. Multiple hardware options are available, including a snaphook anchorage connector or a double-action scaffold hook (both rated to 20kN), providing flexible installation choices for various work scenarios. Its compact and lightweight construction enhances portability and ease of use.
